Returns, refunds and cancellations

Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns after dispatch. This does not affect the process for damaged, defective or incorrect items described below, or your rights under applicable consumer law.

Preorder cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund, including shipping charges. To cancel, email contact@chichu.online with your order number. Cancellation requests must be received before your order is dispatched. After dispatch, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns.

November 10 update and preorder refunds

By November 10, 2026, we will notify preorder customers whether shipment is proceeding or their preorder will be cancelled and fully refunded.

If we cannot fund the remaining production balance and arrange shipment, we will cancel and fully refund all preorders. See our Preorder Policy for estimated dispatch information.

Damage caused after delivery

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for damage caused by the customer after delivery. This exclusion does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, and does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly at contact@chichu.online with your order number and photos so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Refund processing

For cancellation requests received before dispatch, we will issue a full refund, including shipping charges, to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your request. Your bank may take up to 10 additional business days to show the refund.

Nothing in the final policy will limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
