Production and shipment release

Production is underway, with completion expected on November 7, 2026. Shipment release depends on payment of the remaining production balance. Preorder funds contribute toward that balance.

Payment

Full payment is collected at checkout. Shipping is charged on all orders, including orders within Canada. Your order total is displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated dispatch

Estimated dispatch: late November to early December 2026. This estimate depends on shipment release, sea freight, customs clearance and inspection after the bags reach us. This is an estimated dispatch window, not a guaranteed customer delivery date. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination.

We will notify customers of any changes to the estimated dispatch window.

November 10 update and refunds

By November 10, 2026, we will notify preorder customers whether shipment is proceeding or their preorder will be cancelled and fully refunded.

If we cannot fund the remaining production balance and arrange shipment, we will cancel and fully refund all preorders.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund, including shipping charges. Email contact@chichu.online with your order number; your cancellation request must be received before dispatch. We do not accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns after dispatch. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, read the Returns and Refunds Policy for the relevant process and remaining draft details. Nothing in these policies limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
